Preparing for your round
Turn up at the course so as to give yourself plenty of time to have a bite to eat and a drink.
Go to the practice area and warm up with a basket of balls.
Spend 10 minutes on the putting green.
Arrive at the tee 10 minutes before your tee time.
Sort your bag and clubs out, making sure you are carrying the right number of clubs(14), enough balls in your bag(just in case), your tee’s and makers in your pocket, scorecard neatly filled in with name and handicap, sharpened pencil, a few practice swings on the tee(away from the teeing area) and away you go properly prepared to have a great round.
