South Course

 La Manga South Course

South-Course La Manga Layout

Without doubt one of the finest Golf Courses in Spain, if not Europe.

It ranks 11th in southern Spain and 27th in Spain overall.

Built in 1971 by Robert Dean Putman the South course has undergone some major redesign from the original layout, none more so than from Arnold Palmer in 1993.

It took another refurbishment in 2004 to bring it right up there with the best in Spain.

The South Course has been home to many top professional tournaments, including the Spanish Open from 1973 through to 1977.
