The Golf Bungalow development was completed way back in 1972 originally providing accommodation for the use of the Golf Club.
The construction of individual villas was begun in 1973 on Calle de la Estrella and were built with the notion of selling or leasing them.
Although, for quite some time they were designated for use by VIP’s to the resort.
These constructions were built on plots of land recognised by numbers and in 1975 a villa was constructed on plot 139.
This villa was the first one to be built for the personal use of the owners of the club.
In 1982 with new owners in place, four more villas were built in Calle de la Estrella on plots 178, 183, 185 and 189.
A notable plot was #183 which was used by Seve Ballesteros and his two brothers Manuel and Vicente for a number of years from 1983.
